績效評核很難打,很不合理 - 工程師

最近被主管拜託 幫忙打後輩的績效
本來想說這是提早讓我接觸到管理相關 還很開心
沒想到績效評核表一開,發現這績效表根本超不合理
怕被看出來以下等級跟公司實際上不太一樣
分為5等
S A B C D
而我們一般認知能夠應付工作,做的也還ok的至少應該有B~A
結果一個個選項填下來,幾乎所有人全部都落在C
簡單講一下等級的差別
D 進度可能會有一些延後,需要督促
C 能應付工作,細心 專業 幾乎不會出錯
B 工作都是超過主管預期或是給工作的預期,並提前完成
A 則是超乎意料,並且提前完成 還可以點出問題並也解決了
S 是有控制整個專案技術的能力,能得到專利或是得獎 將想法商品化
這根本他X的不合理啊,而且也這項任務的關係
可以看到一些考績相關的紀錄,靠 一堆講難聽點就是渣渣的人
都是A~B WTF,我的認知是能進這公司80%以上都是C,了不起10%是B
A以上的根本就Google等級的吧,有人也覺得績效評核超難打超不合理的嗎...
