各位板友好:
小弟目前在一家國外線上B2C購物網站公司工作
因為公司規模小,每個人幾乎都是一人當兩人用
先簡單介紹一下我自己
今年29,國立某冷門語系畢業
實際工作總經驗年資2年 (延畢一年+當兵+準備國考)
這分工作才做7個月而已
我的工作內容包括:
1) 客服 : 線上回覆客人詢問產品, 價格, 運費, 保固, RMA等問題
2) 業務 : 有業績壓力,老闆訂有每月目標及半年度的總目標
3) 行銷 : 包括社群經營, PPC, 論壇網站PO文
4) 比價 : 每周做一次負責區域競爭對手的產品價格
(只需找價格就好,定價策略是PM的事)
我目前薪水是55k,每月達到業績有獎金
計算方法大致如下 :
達到月目標90%-->獎金為月薪5%
達到月目標 --> 15%
超過越目標25%--> 25%
50%--> 50%
目前達到兩次目標超過50%,所以月薪大概是75k左右 (扣完勞健保)
而每半年會計年度會review前半年的業績目標
如果達成總目標90% -->月薪加薪5%
達成總目標110%--> 加薪10%
(目前看來我達成應該沒問題,6月即將可以領月薪62.5k
以下分析這份工作優缺點
1)價多 : 10天,每月兩次帶薪病假 (但要出示就醫證明)
2)自由 : 公司總部在國外,我們是在台北商辦,老闆遠在天邊
有時都10點10點半之間到公司 (今天就不小心11點才到 =.=)
下班大概7點半到8點間 (話雖如此,回家還是要做報告之類的)
3)未來 : 公司目標是希望可以代理一些國外才有銷售的穿戴式科技產品
如果做起來的話,可以形成獨代且享有很高利潤
4)生涯 : 待過外商有加一些分,當跳板!?
因為人少要做的事就多,學習的快 (資方的說法)
以下是缺點部分:
1)沒效率 : 這公司總部其實是在歐洲,我是屬於亞洲總部
所以有時重大決策需問亞洲總部,然後再轉給歐洲集團總部
偏偏歐洲集團總部的白人懶又沒效率,往往要拖很久才有回覆
另外由於身兼多職的原因,常常有事問亞洲總部同事時,
也是要拖很久才會回覆,即便是重要的客訴問題......
而我又因為是客服,常常被夾在中間,真的很幹!
2)cost down: 這就不得不應證就算你是在外商,只要老闆是台灣人
還是只能算台資企業!
老闆不輕易hire人,搞得每個人身兼多職
而且行銷費用又少,一直叫我們找free sourcing......
其他例子不勝枚舉,就跟板上的老們一樣!
小弟不才,想請版上前輩針對我的工作內容和薪資待遇提出良心建議
是否該繼續留下來還是另謀他職?
