所謂低調的公司 - 加班

所謂的低調公司泛指的待遇不錯、福利好、且流動率低的公司
其實最近跟朋友交流中有聽到一間公司就真的不錯
1. 一進去就有調休15天，滿一年有特休7天(按勞基法)，可以分開放
2. 月薪還算ok，新人就有4開頭，也會有分紅(但尚未知道分多or分少)，年終2個月
3. 包三餐且樣式很多，公司有特別請廚師
4. 新人年就有5萬元的旅遊金(拿發票可直接報帳)
但是這公司也是責任制，9點上班，常常加班到9-10點，但偶爾也能準時下班
但我有問他說你們公司會不景氣嗎? 他說今年公司的project非常的多，所以常常加班
雖然說年薪普普，但至少福利也算是不錯
結果今天手癢去google這家公司，發現這家公司開的104職缺都關閉，連op職缺都沒有
網路資訊超少，連搜尋ptt歷史文章也找不到任何相關資訊，我朋友是被介紹進去的
但我朋友有說，這間公司也是有3個廠房，員工也是有5000+
很難想像這樣的公司居然也可以這麼低調
感覺上這樣的低調公司頗多的，不知道到家有沒有聽過
ps:我只能透露那公司是在於新竹的某設備商，新竹就那幾間，因該很好猜
ps2:出社會後發現，人脈真的很重要，好公司好缺都是靠介紹的，輪不到上104徵人
