打考績被主管婊了 - 考績

我們單位為了落實"關老爺"的考績制度,長官訂了一套主動指標,
凡事主動指標未達標準者,考績一律乙等。為此,單位裏每個人整年
無時無刻都在檢討每個人的主動指標,到年底時,主動指標經過計算
結果出爐,課長開會時還一直重複主動指標落後的人要有心理準備。
當我聽到課長的叮嚀,我心裏想今年應該甲等無誤,因為我的主動
指標每項皆是課裏第一名,再怎麼輪也不會輪到我吧! 結果,單位考
績委員會開完會,就有考績委員告訴我,今年考績乙等,所有考績委
員都很意外,因為我的主動指標是課裏第一名,沒想到居然會是乙等
,但基於尊重單位主管大家也不能說什麼...哎...算了,可能上個月
被課長噹,我的態度不佳,才會落得如此下場。
我在想,如果強制丙等3%過關,我的主動指標再怎麼努力,最後還
是有可能被fire掉,想想真是不知道這種遊戲規則有何公平可言。
我有想過,等考績下來,我要去保訓會申訴,不過應該也是沒有用
,因為上次我們單位有一個同事去保訓會申訴,結果還是一樣,最後
只好調走,想想還是算了...真的很X.....
