換工作疑問（已爬文） - 離職

想請問板上各位前輩,最近想要換工作，於是寫了離職信給ＨＲ

以下是我從ＨＲ那裡收到的回覆:

To finalize everything, I will need the following things from you:

· Your first pay stub from your next employer (feel free
to black out any salary information!We want to make sure
that you are not in breach of the non-solicitation and
non-competition clause of the employment agreement)

雖然我要去的公司和現在的公司完全是不同領域,所以不會有competition的問題

但是我還是不是很想把相關資訊透露給現在的公司,想請問一下,如果我沒有寄我的

first pay stub 給現在的公司,會有法律問題嗎？又如果沒有法律問題的話,對於

以後如果申請綠卡或是其他簽證會有任何問題嗎？感謝大家的協助～
