新北勞工局長陳瑞嘉指出,中央推動中高齡者及高齡者就業促進法,若公部門沒有率先實
施,對一般企業會沒有説服力。黃文哲不論體力、表現、經驗都不輸年輕人,評估考績、
表現、體能等項目,在當事人有意願下,內部程序層層審核後,由市長核准延後1年退休。
陳瑞嘉表示,台灣面臨高齡化、少子化,去年1年就少掉約10萬人勞動力,未來一定要善用
中高齡勞動力;新北市會持續推動中高齡續留職場。
過去公部門適用勞基法員工屆齡65歲仍未退休,會變成不定期契約,要退休時會變成資遣
,並需勞資協商,中高齡者及高齡者就業促進法未來上路後就能以1年1簽方式保障雙方權
益。
