新鮮人前往大陸 - 福利

一位剛退伍的社會新鮮人，學歷是成大理工科系碩士畢業，一心想前進大陸，但心裡
卻又是忐忑不安。
現在有一個機會前往大陸，不是科技業大廠派駐大陸，而是一般的傳統產業，
主要是自動化工具機的研發製造。
工作地點在廈門，薪資是55000，含回台灣的4次的來回機票，包吃包住，
其他福利一般。
想請問，新鮮人如果一開始就選擇去大陸，過幾年回台灣，台灣這邊科技業大廠
會承認大陸那邊的工作經驗而給予主管的階級以及薪資嗎？轉到科技業的研發單位
會很難嗎？
