新鮮人該怎麼選 - 薪水

各位前輩好，小弟目前於傳產工作，
大學為化學畢業，研究所為化工，
所做的研究較偏藥物分析跟生醫
材料，現有一藥廠工作較符合我的
興趣跟研究，但薪水一個月差到9K，
請問各位前輩會如何選擇？我工作剛
滿3個月，對目前這份傳產工作不太有
興趣，想說如果要選擇其一，以後
應該就是會繼續下去了，希望前輩給
我些意見，謝謝！因為在薪資版還
無法發文，若不適合在這邊發問我再
刪掉！
