事情是這樣的~
我在一家小科技公司當業助兼秘書,公司的業務部就我跟老闆兩人,
公司產品主要賣LCD monitor,我算是很菜的新手(這份工作做一個月),
我的背景非本科系(外文or國貿)也無相關經驗,只有多益八百分,日文
只有大學修過課的程度.
主要工作內容為及時回覆客人e-mail,船務(shipping),偶而會在msn上
聯絡客戶或是接到客人電話.
我們主要客戶都是日本人,但大部分他與我們連絡是用英文,上禮拜接到
他的電話,雖然是說英文,因為日本口腔很重,加上我對產品非非常熟悉,
所以只了解內容五六成,還請他重複.可能這是他不爽我的開端= =
今天剛好要出一筆貨到他們公司,原本研發部說好要同時寄回一些零件和
變更零件的PCB board,可是研發部早上通知說來不及,所以我就只有寄原
本要出的貨.
下午時日本客人e-mail說我怎麼沒寄給他零件和PCB board,感覺有些不悅,
所以我e-mail解釋因為那些東西尚待測試,可能需要等下次一起寄送.
想請問大家要如何取得他的信任?另外一家日本客人無此問題,因為另一家
日本客人因為是美國的中間商,所以英文不錯,溝通無礙.
另外貨有時會delay(可能是料缺貨,產線來不及完成,或是研發的問題),以
至於客人會不爽.
想請問大家會很詳盡對客人解釋delay原因嗎?還是大致帶過?
是否業助就是要忍受客人的不爽,因為是對外窗口?
好怕他跟老闆說我不好> <
