日本科技業工作選擇_工作內容疑問 - 工程師

潛水許久，受益良多，沒想到有一天換我有機會上來發問。
小弟有一些關於日本公司選擇的疑問，以及選擇日本或者新加坡，需要一點建議
有po在其他版，po在這版主要想問工作內容的部分：

關於工作內容（下面一段），我覺得我好像還是有點模糊，希望能藉助前輩們的專業<(_ _)>
我看起來是需要做一些data analysis的工作，然後要會用amazon machine learning，
Azure Machine Learning Studio，GCP prediction API這些工具，不用真的像做AI那樣
去做很深入的ML DL。如果錯或是認識不足的地方，再麻煩前輩了。


也想請問就目前所看的工作內容，這樣的發展性高嗎？雖然掛名為consultant，但也可能實際上是作後端
operation的工作或者就是工程師。

necessary data
collection / analysis / verification, session support, minutes preparation
and consolidating
various data according to solution of problem.
· Design and development of Web applications and API services
· Application development utilizing the Deep Learning framework and each
company's AI type
API
· Infrastructure design utilizing Cloud Platform such as AWS, GCP, Azure
· Infrastructure construction · design · implementation for data analysis
utilizing machine

小弟在新加坡目前化工碩一升碩二，幾個月前學校有獵頭來找人去日本工作，會說一點日
文的關係，拿到6個面試機會，獵頭公司希望我能針對這6間公司給一個排名，如有拿到
offer，則會依順序配對，所以希望有一些建議，能排出對自己最有利的排名（待遇上，
及發展性上）。

第一間公司sigmaxyz是目前還算蠻想去的，理由如下
顧問業，雖非MBB等大公司，但能有機會進去依照相似的系統培訓學習這點，蠻吸引我的
之中月薪算高
領域目前火紅（ML DL)

待遇： 初年度年俸基準額480万円 （月額40万円 且已包含Bonus)， 通勤交通費支給，
無寮
完全週休2日制（土・日)、祝日、年末年始、年次有給休暇（初年度15日）、プロジェ
クト休暇（5, 10日）、アニバーサリー休暇（1日）、慶弔休暇等

工作內容：

#關於這間公司，由於成立僅10年，雖為三菱在科技以及joint venture，incubation方面
面向的子公司，在台灣或者glassdoor上能找到的資訊幾乎沒有，如有前輩有任何相關資
訊的話，希望能分享。

關於待遇有一些問題想請教：

雖說還沒拿到offer，但蠻不確定sigmaxyz這公司開的這個待遇是否真的值得為此往日本發展，理由如下

這個待遇乍看下還不錯，不過比較其他2-6名的offer：月薪23W * 12 + 單身寮（等於省
下租金7W * 12） + 分紅月薪23W * 大部分皆為5個月 = 475W，這樣算下來好像都差不多
了...主要差別我看就在租屋了，根據ptt板友分享，東京地區租屋應該7萬可以，請問
這個數字有太少嗎？如果7萬是低估了，那可能選sigmaxyz可能還比較難存錢...



請問待遇所說的交通費補給，是真的正常公司都會給嗎？還是象徵性給的2000日幣那樣而
已？

（本身學化工，作process design以及surrogate
optimization的應用，履歷表上技能寫了python，對於為何這間公司為何會找上我依舊一
頭霧水，可能因為是consultant的工作，更重視人格及邏輯？）

最後是關於職涯發展上，新加坡以及日本兩地的選擇
這裡會有猶豫主要是因為耳聞日本的職場環境不太健康，但理工科在新加坡要很有發展我
也是打個問號，要轉sales等短期內語言還無法跟本地人競爭。希望能有板友指正上面我
認知有錯的地方，或者提供更豐富的意見。

薪水 日本高：新加坡畢業如非金融，基本上月薪台幣77000左右，bonus好像基本上都是2
個月
物價 新加坡便宜： 新加坡還可以吃food court壓到台幣120，不像日本外食必定台幣
200up，坡租房single room大概台幣17000
