有個問題想請教大家，畢竟我是非金融背景相關的人員
目前已在國泰當櫃員不到一個月，之前面試日盛arm今天人資通知錄取！（雖然我不知道我到底為什麼會上）
但現在問題來了
比福利 日盛薪水高 行儲低 總月薪約n+6k
國泰薪水低 行儲高 總月薪約n+3k
但金控規模 國泰勝 櫃員未來理專化（？
日盛為arm但單位跟客戶素質不知
難以選擇 希望在金融業的各位大大回答一下 救救新鮮人
