明知會可能delay的軟體專案..你要怎麼回答客戶 - PMP

想聽各位版大們的經驗...
原本訂好的上線日期
因為客戶需求不斷增加,比如說:
--改了A所以連動到B也要改
--客戶嫌產品邏輯不夠好,希望依他的想法修正(客戶的邏輯沒錯)
因為公司內部也有其他專案,因此RD人力不足,總是要插件才能處理...
身為專案經理明知 如期完成是微乎其微的事...
你們會承諾客戶一定會做到嗎?然後去拜託RD...
還是不斷的向客戶延期呢?
(但是延期客戶又會不斷提出其他問題...)
基於公司的立場,似乎又不能斷然的跟客戶說我做不到...
ps.我的處境
拜託RD仍然沒如期趕完
被客戶罵做不到就不要答應
