目前在某科學園區某三口封測廠，剛吃飯跟其他課的課長與下面領班在聊，
OP的工作其實也挺不錯的，固定上下班的時間，
low yield 頂多被碎念
(上次某課長直接飆趕羚羊，後來勞工局就來「關心」，還被人資副總叫去夾卵蛋)
我們三不五時產量出不來或是良率低就被廠長喝咖啡，
OP二休二還可以非上班日有加班費，現在花海到了，有的還去打工。
請個兩天，就有六天可以休，我們管理階有時假日還要被叫去「開會」，
以時薪來算的話，不一定划的來。
我們就在想，若是不當管理階，改做OP的話，在工作份量上應該可以少很多，
但薪水可能就只少一咩咩(OP加班的情況下比)，但生活品質提升，
不知有沒有人這樣做過？
