前面s大說的...頗有同感
工作要要做的快樂才是
我比較喜歡做研究方面的工作...單純 專一
專心,不用受紛擾的人事干擾
專業,閱讀及時時處在吸收新知識
也比較喜歡研究單位性質 那種同事相處的氣氛
有中這種性質的工作...只存在國立大學的學術單位嘛 ?
看國立大學釋出的職缺,都是一般行政
我之前待縣府時是技術職系,
現在在公所經建行政,等待半年以轉換一般行政
目前問題是:就算換到國立大學的一般行政職系,
也許許不用面對民代跟民眾了
但會不會也只是處理行政上的雜事,跟研究沾不上邊?
那又該怎麼樣去找這種工作性質的缺..?
