有關勞基法規之薪資 - 請假

請教大大,勞基法對薪資之定義為經常性給與均屬之,雇主喜歡
將薪資拆開成全勤,伙食費,職務津貼等等,這些都算薪資,
若是遲到十分鐘將扣除全勤獎金,而這全勤獎金實際上就是薪資,
這表示一旦扣除全勤獎金就會扣除數十倍十分鐘之薪資,這與請假
不能扣超過薪資有衝突,請教若是雇主用此方式扣錢有否違法?
