項目： 1.辦理本院各棟建築物空調冰水主機、高低壓設備、負壓病房設備、消防設備等維護保養事項相關採購及履約管理事項等業務。
2.本院各棟建築物水電設施維護、修繕採購及履約管理事項等業務。
3.院內新建工程項下機電工程、空調設備等，協助設計圖面審查、工程發包及履約管理等業務。
4.與機電有關之工程採購與可行性評估及零星修繕協助履約管理等相關業務。5.其他臨時交辦事項。
