有關員工傷病給付 - 人資

員工 A 因中午吃飯時間在公司門口聊天
被員工 B 開公務車撞傷,有送到急診室治療,傷口縫合
這段期間的醫療總費用 6200 元
現在有幾個問題
1. 按傷病給付標準,員工 A 至少可申請薪資投保的 70% ,這由勞保局給
2. 如果是以優於勞基法的方式來給,
公司會再給投保薪資的 30% 再加上員工的醫療費用,再加上員工慰問金 X 元
3. 最後這個問題就比較關鍵:勞基法的最低限度呢??
70% 給了之後,30% 和 醫療費用 6200 元是否還要再補給員工?
該如何給比較妥當
4. 至於開車的員工 B ,公司應該如何索賠或處置? 會比較妥當
因這方面公司比較少發生,故來問看看,並且哪裡有更詳細的資料可以查詢?
