有關報到時附前公司勞健保轉出單問題 - 人資

請教一下,我這週要去新公司報到,需要帶前公司的勞健保轉出單,
但我前公司(八月初報到)工作兩週就因為跟面試時談的工作內容差
太多而離開。因為工作時間太短暫,跟現在這家新公司面試時,我只
有跟直屬主管略微提及,但跟人資沒有講到。
請問我可以拿再前一家公司(工作一年多,年初因為景氣被資遣)的
勞健保轉出單過去嗎?會有什麼問題嗎?還是我應該要拿八月那家公
司的轉出單呢?可是這樣會不會很難說明?
麻煩各位給我一點建議,拜託各位!這真的很緊急!
