業務重但隨便做 vs 業務輕認真做 之業績? - 薪水

前週我的小單位開會,因為有同仁陞調別單位了
股長順口提到考績,當然還是希望大家體諒烤鴨一定要有人吃,
雖然都說是抽籤方式決定
然後她的眼睛看著我,唉~看來凶多吉少,
都不想去刷薪水帳戶本子了
其實,我從到任的第一年要打另考,是乙,我就蠻不爽
因為那時股內有2人老油條,雖是老鳥負責的業務重要
但是2人總是上演
"常臨時請假,例行的業務忘了做,我這代理的就一頭霧水地在辦公室幫忙擦屁股"
"負責的業務漏做,因為流程大家要一起配合,所以造成大家效率不夠順暢"
"上課、出差的好康總是當仁不讓,業務則是能推就推"
因為我上任時的位子是空缺蠻久的,所以業務算次輕,可是這位子也是最繁雜的
也就是處理瑣碎又看不到成績的業務,沒有淡旺季之分
雖然我有在想換換主辦業務,不過,我對現在的工作類科不是很興趣
原因在於我的學經歷是跨文商組,但考上的是商類
可是對社會服務方面比較有理想,
現在的工作也做的上手,不過沒有很多理想性的遠見,未來想轉換類組
因此,業務轉換動機不高
但是,我在想,關於考績,你會怎麼考量?
要是我,我會給認真的人,當然再加上業務責任的程度
認真的人和態度才是國家拔擢人才的重要原則
考績用輪的,其實以國家長期用人來看,影響是很大的!
難怪大官有越來越高比例只管逢迎上位,卻無肩膀和尊嚴!
