本人中字輩碩班畢業
在該死的PCB界資歷共四年
先前人資約面試後錄取欣興PE
核薪後為本薪約50K,全薪約55K,年薪約92W(加班46hr+年終)
覺得欣興的薪資在桃園還有點競爭力
(因家庭考量,只找桃園的工作,不考慮Kinsus,離家太遠)
但爬文後也知道要掛管理職後才有機會破百
想請問
1.欣興是否有每年調薪?是否要工作五年後才有機會破百?
2.重點是要去嗎?
