講最樂觀的例子好了
一個新興產業第一年成長100%,
經營層想必會定明年的業績成長至少超過100%,以鞭策員工更努力
如果沒有達到100%以上呢
對不起
絕對不是決策者的問題 是員工不夠努力
明明去年可以達到 今年為什麼達不到呢?
之後就是節省內部人事成本、縮減福利、刪除獎金巴拉巴拉的
投資有風險,現在任何一個金融工具都會被要求標明有賺有賠,沒有穩賺不賠的
開家公司何嘗不是如此
只是業主把虧損的風險轉嫁給最無聲的一群傻子罷了
再者複利效果學過吧?
年年能維持正成長的公司,會很簡單達成嗎?
