小弟在某規模還不算小的科技公司上班
最近敝公司由責任制轉成上下班打卡制。
要求所有員工RD到Sales都要打卡上班
但也因為打卡,公司聲明會按照勞基法的計算方式,讓我們申請加班費或轉補休。
最近因為事情多從七月開始每天都有加班處理一堆亂七八糟的麻煩。
平均一天加班2~3小時吧,有些是陪客戶開會有些事老闆要求留下的
通常回到家後休息個一兩個小時可能打場LOL,就會繼續工作,包含回信或製作報告
不過通常到家後的工作我都會視為自己的責任,所以也不會想去申報
所以現在月底,我上了公司系統僅僅按打卡時數申報加班費,我都比原本時間申請少些
例如可能加班2.2小時我就會忽略那0.2只報2小時(當然也多少是因為公司系統限定)
不過報完後,主管來跟我說,上面大頭說,請我們部門的同仁盡量申報轉補休
別轉加班費,若轉成加班費會影響年底考績,會減少績效獎金....
雖然已經習慣責任制與被壓榨,但當時心中真的是一片無言......啥鬼阿.......
誰都知道我們公司文化不錯,福利也不錯,但就是小氣,薪水不高,績效獎金少
每年年底,明明有賺錢,卻總找藉口說今年獎金沒辦法發多,
前年是啥投資雲端事業,去年是啥重慶設工廠投資,每年的績效頂多1~2個月
卻還用這種手腕來讓你不報加班,我相信就算我不報加班,年底績效也不會多幾千塊
轉加班每個月可以多領5k~10k還比較好咧......沒那個屁股就別吃那個瀉藥...
最好轉補休有意義,事情就是那麼多,除了真的生病哪有啥機會請假
就算請假,原本有的特休與補休就請不完了,轉了補休沒用光就消失了
心中感嘆萬千,只能抱怨.....傷眼見諒
