Arcus Biosciences is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on
the discovery and development of innovative cancer immunotherapies.

The Quantitative Biology department is expanding and they are looking for
entry level (BS/MS with 0-3 yrs of experience) research associate,
two positions available.

***** 關於公司跟徵人的部門 *****

公司於2015成立(已上市), 目前有4個藥物在臨床實驗, 還有很多前期藥物研發project
高層跟同事大多都是大公司過來的(Amgen, Genentech...etc)
我待過Novartis四年 覺得現在這間公司相對透明跟自由很多
每個人都可以參加project team meeting 也有很多報告自己成果的機會
work life balance不錯 基本上大部分同事都是9-6 不太需要加班
儀器設備方面 我是做質譜儀的 這邊跟我在Novartis用的是同等級或更好的model
這兩個職缺是別的部門 我不曉得他們的設備怎麼樣 應該是不會太差
同事方面 我認識的還有主管們以及大老闆人都非常好
