為了質疑而質疑 - 工程師

最近工作上碰到了一個"很特別"的主管..
所謂的特別是因為隨著專案的進行有許多小案子...
而該主管會來Review各工程師的案子~~
然而問題來,每次Review他都會針對一些發生機率極低的異常提出質詢
剛開始我們會以發生頻率不高來解釋不需要考慮的原因
然而後來我們發現該主管會提出這樣的問題
是因為在當時他在當工程師的時候"時空背景"造成以前常發生的異常
變成現在不容易發生的異常
但是 他還是會不斷的質疑~~
最後 有時候已經變成為了質疑而質疑 然後不斷地在鬼打牆在會議裡討論!!
之後 兜了一圈 問題沒有解決 最後案子又推不動
想請問各位會怎麼處理??
