你只出香蕉自然只會得到猴子HR
就好像你只出3萬 就只能得到抽菸翹腳駐點碼農
不可能請的到架構師大神
台灣HR的作用比國外薄弱很多
國外的看看那些面國外大廠的心得文就知道了
對工作JD有具體做過功課
跟工會談判
還要訂機票飯店排行程
國內的只要會幫老闆砍薪水
會洗一堆人來面試+職福會辦辦團康就好了
有些連保費都不會算還要打電話去當地勞保局當巨嬰伸手牌= =
怎麼比?
一件影響大部分員工的工作
卻只請猴子來做 下場就是沐猴而冠
猴子開始以為自己是經理了
求職者希望的不外乎
進入主管面試階段展現實力
談offer
on board領錢
結果卡第一關的HR還真以為自己是個關主
在那邊嘴秋
殊不知求職者讓你電不是因為你有料
而是因為要忍氣吞聲等進入後面階段
做久了穿黑絲給人幹一幹結婚去了
也無法給部門留下什麼有用的經驗
傳承不到經驗的團隊繼續重複上面的行為
造成惡性循環
就變成大家現在看到的這樣子了
