找工作一段時間了
其實一直都有疑問
(不知道能不能在這裡問? 不行我再自D...)
為什麼很多公司在人力銀行徵才時
都不直接把薪水公開哩?@@"
或透漏個最低起薪都好
(覺得ptt的job版規定一定要po薪資這點超讚的!)
因為公司基本上都有一定行情在
(爬文有看到是用公式在算的?)
很多公司甚至不會依你過去經驗調漲薪水或僅微調
那就直接把薪資或最低起薪show出來
有些價碼很多人一看就絕對不會去應徵了
為什麼還要讓面試者大老遠跑去
面試一講到薪水或看到offer時傻眼這樣呢?
這對雙方都沒好處吧??
