為什麼大家都說技術員很操 - 求職

小弟上一份工作也是園區技術員
但是因為產品的關係 比較像是工廠
不用穿無塵衣靜電衣 上廁所喝水都很自由
工作環境很大 基本上打混不容易被發現 但是很悶 夏天坐著都會流汗
因為某些原因所以離開了這家公司
現在在找下一份工作
求職網站上的技術員 幾乎都是無塵室的
因為沒有經驗 所以有點害怕 又聽過那種12h的都很操
不知道所以的操是指哪方面? 什麼原因?
穿無塵衣很悶熱? 工時長? 工作內容單一乏味?
以上問題 希望有經驗的大大能給小弟一點指點
也希望大家可以來點經驗分享或是一些無塵室的酸甜苦辣
