爆肝的感覺 - 工程師

科技業工時長已經不是新聞，
小弟公司最近出貨，所以工時比以往長一點，
這一陣子都覺得睡不飽，早上爬不起來，
就算睡的比平常久一點，還是沒有飽足感，而且越睡會越累，
然後上班時容易打瞌睡，尤其是午休剛過或下午3-4點左右，
一天上班大概有30分鐘的時間在打瞌睡，
(觀察公司內約有1/4的人都會上班打瞌睡，1/3的人有在喝咖啡、茶、蠻牛類的提神飲料)
而且早起容易口乾舌燥，喝水也不太有解渴的感覺，
上網google了一下，可能是肝有問題，我這樣算爆肝嗎??
請問爆肝是什麼樣的感覺?? 有人體驗過嗎??
