我查詢過員工分紅制度為每家店的店長和主廚都是股東之一,店長最多可持有11%股權,
150萬元以上,而主廚最多可到7%股權。另每月會發放當月分紅和提撥店家盈餘的21%給
員工共同分享。
1、可否請問版友曾在王品集團工作過,王品集團旗下9個品牌的餐廳,員工福利制度是使
用同一體系嗎? 例如,王品牛排與TASTy西堤牛排兩家餐廳衡量員工績效制度一樣嗎?
2、王品集團旗下9個品牌都有員工分紅制度嗎?
3、王品集團員工分紅制度適用在兼職與正職員工嗎?
4、王品集團員工分紅制度以哪種績效方式衡量? 例如:顧客滿意度、某家店的月銷售額
或者員工每月工作有無缺失..等
