很好奇各位前輩是怎麼做生涯規劃的
不管是不是在工廠 或是輪班
感覺這一行實在很難做長久 工時長壓力也大((其他地方也都這樣QQ
而且相對不穩定
但看到公司還是很多爸爸媽媽在做 房子車子各種人生被套牢
我是完全不敢想像 太敬佩各位前輩了QQ
某些老闆也吃定景氣不好 大家又被套住不敢走
各種凌虐 實在有夠殘忍
想請教各位前輩是怎麼做生涯規劃的?
