申請H1B期間可否出入境? - 美國

請問一下大家, 我去年MS畢業申請了OPT, (今年二月開始生效)

在四月的時候公司幫我辦H1, 在H1下來之前(現在到十月左右的這段時間)

我可不可以進出美國呢?? 想找時間回去台灣一趟的說...

有公司推薦信大部分是都可以, 不過也是有被擋下來的例子

H1 approved後 (但尚未生效前) travel就沒有問題
