人家就當欺負你或當你能力好
不要悶不吭聲
基於職場倫理
請首先跟科長反映
分析勞務分派情況
並適時於科務會議公開
讓同仁知道情況
科長若不處理
再跟局長反映
這個時候應該就會有適當的處理
如果連局長都不管
請準備好直接找縣市首長反映
我先前是到局長階段事情就圓滿解決了
出來混不要怕事
愈怕事人家愈欺負你
成語"弱肉強食"不是沒有道理的
當公務員要有據理力爭的勇氣!
不用大驚小怪自己嚇自己~
