知名避險基金徵研究員 - 海外工作

說實在的我只對這一行有意見
我本身在紐約AUM US2.3 billion避險基金工作八年，也在各個HFG活躍
還沒有看過有剛進去的研究員拿過超過美金十萬的獎金的
通常performance bonus的range都是跟著你的corporate rank走
也就是說，若是說幾年後升職到MD，Partner後拿，那無可厚非
但是在新進員工的package上列這一點，我是覺得有點空泛

哪一個analyst有領超過一百萬，不要說一百萬了，二十萬都很難了
更何況analyst上面還有associate，associate director, director, senior director,
managing director，哪輪的到剛進去的analyst領一百萬，我是覺得這是誤導

當然要是有concrete proof說這家避險基金有台灣新進員工analyst領了百萬
我願意道歉，更不然，有工作三年五年領到百萬，我也願意道歉

我只是希望給有志進避險基金的正確的資訊
