研替Offer抉擇(台積/瑞昱) - 薪水

各位好，小弟對未來有點徬徨，最近尋找研替拿到了一些offer
在此列出三個比較讓我難以抉擇的，請各位指點人生
背景：115 EE學 112 EE碩控制組

公司 台積電 瑞昱 台達電
部門 DTP WIFI 軟韌體(中壢)
薪資 (N*24)+(5K*12) (N+20K)*22+10W N*(16+10)
工時 正常 ~10PM 不明
內容 最先進製程 開Spec與驗證 電能車、雲端
於數位IC設計之前導 大數據分析電力系統

大家都不推台達系統廠，但是由於做的東西很有前瞻性，
因此我實在很難放手。
但是又聽說台達訓練並不是那麼扎實，內部也很糟糕，讓我退卻了點。
前兩個都是IC設計相關，雖然R給的薪水很誘人，
但是我比較注重未來發展性與訓練扎實度，畢竟是第一份工作，
而長遠(5~10年後)來說我個人想走的是業務路線。
父母學長都認為G作為大公司，訓練較為精實，制度也比較明確。
想請各位先進前輩幫忙指點，真的很希望聽到中肯的建議。
