我是國立科大機械碩二生，目前正在尋找研發替代役
目前有拿到台耀的offer，核能所目前也很有機會
想請問前輩們如何抉擇~~
公司 台耀科技 核能所
地點 桃園大溪 桃園龍潭
工作性質 研發工程師 偏向模擬分析
公司性質 半傳產 公家機關
工時 9-12hr 正常上下班
交通 住家裡 住家裡
薪資部分核能所第一年沒有補滿，第二年開始的薪水大約比台耀多一些些，
而且感覺核能所比較穩定?
請問各位前輩如何抉擇
