看到公文旅行想到一個案子...
A府為辦理特別事項於44年成立B委員會,46年B委員會奉令結束,另成立A府下轄C處
臨時單位D處理該特別事項剩餘事宜,D單位何時撤銷不明,據說為47年...
87年A府精簡不再有C處
49年E法令施行,政府成立F單位負責此法令執行...,此F單位初為A府下轄機關...
當時E法令中央主管機關為G單位
後中央主管機關轉為H單位,F單位亦轉為H單位下轄機關...
100年某民眾I函已不在的臨時單位D問B委員會是否有關於E法令之規定...
問:哪個機關有權責可以回答民眾I的問題?
有時候個人覺得有些民眾的問題很難答覆...
50年前的事情,已消失的機關...
6天內可能還搞不清楚是誰家的事情...30天搞的清楚嗎?
