科大機械學士在北部找工作 - 工程師

大家好
朋友是中部勤X科大學士畢業
本來是念自動化工程 後來該科系併入機械系
26歲 工作年資2.3年 是在中部一間傳產擔任機械工程師(生產某民生用品的機器)
薪水3萬出 平日約9點多10點下班 周六要加班
加一加薪水進4萬
家住台中 住家裡
之前在校時就不考慮考研究所(一方面也是認為考不上更好的學校)
認為證照比較重要 考了幾張相關證照
家裡的人都希望他能去竹科或是內科的大公司
不要再待傳產 進入科技業
但可能卡在學歷 跟考量北上開銷
我是覺得不如留在原公司 或是念個中前段私碩都比現在好
請板友可以提供一些建議
