台灣的所謂的科技業,機乎都是cost down獲利,並且是以營利為公司營運目標。
人事成本當然也是cost down的重點之一,除非公司非你不可,但沒有人是不可取代,隨
著年資升高,薪水也升高,老闆當然找一個薪水便宜又能做同樣事情的人來替換。
常聽到有人講,工作要不斷累積實力,但問題是自己能強到公司沒你就倒? 就算你真的強
到台灣只有你會這個東西,但科技產品週期五到十年就逐漸消失在市場,你還有什麼一技
之長。同樣要作新產品,找畢業工作三到五年的來學習,老闆何必要用年資薪水高的你。
至於這間公司可以做到幾歲,你就自己觀察公司平均年齡和同事大概幾歲,心裡就可以有
底。
不要在有自己實力累積,就不會失業的想法,老闆要不要多花錢用你,才是重點。
分紅費用化是科技業的致命傷,同樣做到四十多歲失業,但前人已累積財富,你還在揹房
貸,要怎麼繼續賺錢,先想好這個難題。
