在科技業多年, 對身體狀況走下坡身有同感。
尤其最近在趕專案進度, 今天傍晚回家後, 剛開始只覺得眼皮有點沉 (早上十點半起床, 沒
睡午覺)
後來做了:
槓鈴握推 225lb 4組 12 reps
負重引體向上 4組 12 reps
啞鈴握推 130lb 4組 8 reps
parallel dips 4組 8 reps
Dumbbell farmer's walk 100lb 來回四組
最後再加3 miles有氧慢跑, 但此時身體開始有股無力感, 跑完後全身冒汗。
沖完澡後只覺得股二頭肌無力, 胸大肌開始微微痠痛,
這些很明顯都是過勞前兆, 希望大家以此為戒。
