端午節週六上班問題 - 人資

請教各位人資先進,
我公司的行事曆規定端午節有休連休,所以在6/6需要補行上班,
那6/1報到的人員 6/6要跟著一起補行上班嗎?
和老板確認結果,是要跟大家一樣正常上班的,要休假就要請假.
可是人事我這邊要怎麼解釋才能讓6/1報到的人員信服呢?
目前想到的只有: 到職後依公司行事曆規定上班....
有沒有更有道理的說法啊??? 我是菜鳥一隻>.<
