去年剛升任為一個菜鳥小主管(上面還有一位).管理能力不太足。
底下有位員工常搞不清楚狀況自己的身份是什麼,常叫我幫她幹嘛幹嘛之類的,最近真是
越來越誇張,例如:請她去接某工作站就在那狂叫說我都留爛攤子給別人,一直逼問我說
那你要幹嘛,把東西丟給別人那你要幹嘛!(她超不爽,還管我問我要幹嘛)今天也是,
跟她說東西不要拆太多,避免漏生產,她還嗆說都標好了怕什麼!我說妳不怕我怕啊!因
為我不想再去後面的工程rework(前幾個禮拜才發生過);另外還有件是嗆說:為什麼妳
事前不良不事前處理掉,要留到事後處理?(一直跳針問同樣的話),我就一直反問她,
為什麼要事前處理?她自己也說不出個理由來,還叫我過去跟她拿,我就罵她說:妳不會
自己拿過來,還要我過去拿!
想請問各位
1.到底是我的問題還是她的問題
2.這種人,通常身為主管的會如何處理
3.有名但無實質權利各位又會怎麼做
覺得這職位做到心灰意冷,痛苦指數大增~唉
