約聘轉正式休假問題 - 離職

想和各位前輩請教,約聘期間考上正式人員,也將離職日和就職壓同一天,看到規範從105還哪年開始,當年度合格實授後,休假從隔年照比例給予。怎麼思考都覺得有權益受損(無假跟國旅卡),這部分沒有人人提過救濟嗎?這題卡在心裡好久,一直沒有被說服,大家怎麼理解這個規定呢?(手機排版,請見諒)
