今年4月接到新店某LED電子安定器廠商面試邀約, 該公司副總很積極的約我禮拜六早上去
面試,該職務為大陸常駐, 當天到了該公司不大, 主體應該是在大陸, 然後開始面試主管
大概說了該職務的要求, 要有電源設計經驗, 主要客戶來自日本, 設計產品要細心,
產品生命週期要長, 要穩定, 工做要認真, 且工作量不小, 沒加班費,
並且有流暢的英文能力, 就這樣balala聽這主管講了做他們的產品要多認真1小時後,
我: 常駐多久可以回來一次
主管: 3個月
我: 大陸那有台灣人嗎?
主管: 最進才開始找, 因為發現大陸人不是很忠誠
我: 那這樣過去常駐年薪大概多少?
主管: 60萬
小弟目前工作於台北某ODM HW 3年, 每天準時6點下班, 年薪保7位數, 原以為會聽到8~90
的數目還可談談往上的空間,但聽到60瞬間, 久久不能自己內心無比震撼, 當下
我: 我覺得你們公司產品挺有意思, 我要回去考慮一下
然後馬上閃人, 走的時後我在想他是否有一天會明白為什麼大陸人不忠誠,
常駐60萬跟台灣的22k 有何兩樣, 如果是台灣人會忠誠嗎...
