一些公司今天績效獎金開獎啦
剛看到朋友氣憤的傳來績效獎金比往年糟很多(其實我也是 T.T.....)
而且還不是部門主管決定金額的
而是更高層總字輩決定
我還滿懷疑的...這樣子總字輩的怎麼去評量工程師的考績???
因為聽他說似乎也不是單看個人考績去決定.....若是這樣這不太合理吧
考績不就定爽的....@#@
大家的公司又是怎麼決定這些獎金的??? 我公司就很公平是部級主管分的
部級主管可以在參考直屬主管的意見......這樣應該比較公平吧???
不知道今年大家公司的發放水準如何呢??............
