當大家都在講老闆無良 灑錢蓋糧堂時 我卻覺得 這是王血紅的問題嗎
我想她不懂財務 對財務規劃 操作 也不甚了解 沒發錢的規劃
應該是財務長的主意吧 老闆只需把想法說出 這想法不一定是不發年終
可能是 開會時 可能是各方提出對明年景氣 銷售情況 提出一個意見
當意見提出後 可能需要保留現金 來應付明年情況時 這時就是請財務長規劃
到底需要保留多少 來應付明年景氣 以及獎金發放
這一切經過財務小組的"精算"後 才有現在的結果 當然還有一天(2/8)
或許有逆轉勝 員工有錢領也說不定
我印象中 滑朔 在2008~2009 好像也是有類似情況 只是他們 還是有發
