我最近也被這樣嗆過,而且是在公開的會議上。
反而另一個新人極獲主管讚賞,先說說這位新人吧!
他的工作簡單講就是負責打雜。
部門裡每個人有自己負責的一支程式。這位新人就到處支援,
今天幫他寫這個、明天幫他想那個,都是些幾乎半天就能解決的。
但他做得再多也都只是些小事,程式真正的核心還是該負責人在弄。
結果就因為新人看起來好像很忙,又有沾到各支程式,因此就獲得讚賞。
而我呢,一個人負責部門40%的程式(有好幾支),獨立自主的就能把事做好,
卻被主管嗆:「應該要多幫其他人。」 !!!???
我一個人就扛了40%的績效了! 沒唉唉叫讓其他人來幫我就很好了,
還要我去幫其他人????
而且我也不是不幫,有人來請教問題我還是會去處理。
但在主管眼中,這卻變成一種『不合群』......
這時我才瞭解,主管喜歡的,是具有『奴性』的人,而不是具有『狼性』的人。
或許你技術很強,能獨立完成事情,效率也快,
但是這種『狼性』的人對主管而言,卻是一種威脅……。
