【工作職缺】台北美商Design House Memory Design Engineer
【工作時間】每日8小時 時間彈性 周休二日
【工作內容】

1. Layout design
2. Design and verify low power and area efficient embedded memory circuits
3. Schematic entry, simulation of major blocks, layout supervision and
interface with CAD engineers for EDA model generation
4. Develop memory architectures and circuit implementation of CMOS memory
blocks

【工作條件】

1. Solid experience of design embedded memories for Soc applications
2. Proficient with CMOS memory design and circuit simulation
3. Good at pitch-match memory layout designs
4. Hands-on embedded memory design flow
5. Proficient with pitch-matched memory layout designs and layout supervision

【薪資】
Depends on working experience, on top of NTD 2 million per annual
