群創總經理暨營運長蕭志弘3月16日才剛上任，立刻勤走廠區每個角落，今日並宣布將於4
月初於發薪時，加發現場直接員工生產達標獎金，以激勵員工士氣。

蕭志弘上任以來，以行動辦公，任何地方都是管理，他認為魔鬼藏在細節裏，第一線可以
發現問題，也找出解決方案。同時，蕭志弘認為翻轉群創第一步，要從現場即時激勵著手
。
如當季營運正向發展，且生產達標，將適時發放生產獎金，即時激勵直接人員。間接人員
採價值獎勵，以年度營運獲利為前提，依各單位營運成果與個人績效為評核，分別於農曆
年節及股東會後發放激勵獎金。
蕭志弘指出，今年 211 發生台南5.6級，高雄6級以上地震，感謝同仁合力搶修，2017年
第一季淡季不淡，營運朝正向發展，稼動率滿載，生產達標，將併於三月份薪資，於4月
初加發直接人員生產達標獎金。
蕭志弘期許群創員工與公司打拼有感，把握2017年面板景氣高峰，找出群創長期穩定獲利
的結構模式，一起向前走、向外走、向上走，翻轉群創，開創新局。
