國內科技業多採固定年薪制,年終獎金約1~2個月
不像傳產或金融業那麼誘人,但科技業除年終外,重頭戲是每年發放的員工分紅,以台積
電為例,新進碩士工程師,若加上分紅,每年可領到26個月本薪,換算年薪超過百萬元;
IC(積體電路)設計大廠聯發科每年有二次分紅,平均單次分紅可領近百萬元,較資深的
工程師年薪至少200-300萬
台積電在農曆年前會發放2個月年終,員工分紅一半是每季領取,另一半在6、7月領取,
台積電的高薪酬一向為科技圈羨慕,公司透露,一位新進碩士工程師固定年薪14個月,還
有約12個月分紅,1年可領到26個月本薪,以台積電碩士菜鳥工程師月薪近5萬元計算,年
薪輕鬆破百萬。
聯發科年薪固定14個月,包含2個月年終獎金,另每年2月及8月發放分紅,平均有近百萬
元,由於聯發科薪資在國內科技業數一數二,新進員工薪資在6-7萬元,
推估較資深的工程師年薪至少200-300萬元。去年進聯發科工作的
員工說:「很期待2月的分紅,想給媽媽一個大紅包!」
大立光多領79萬
股王大立光年終固定2個月,不過,大立光主管表示,會提撥年度獲利20%發放
員工分紅,以大立光去年大賺194億元,每名員工平均還可多領近79萬元。
宏達電年終也是2個月,在農曆年前發放,分紅激勵獎金則視員工績效表現而定,約在每
年8月及12月發放,往年上看12個月,今年最高降至6個月。
日月光年終獎金固定1個月,去年適逢日月光成立30周年,董事長張虔生在30周年家庭日
上宣布,基層員工年終獎金加碼1萬元,最績優工程師分紅有6個月水準。
