華為的麒麟是華為日本的SOC team做的。那一群在橫濱車站附近的日本人，本來也曾經是
聯發科的員工，從Nucore併進來的。只是台灣的慣老闆真的要好好想想，市場策略只有中
國市場與cost down的話，那就是慢性自殺。華為19等，相當部門經理級主管，非處級，
年薪就可以破百萬人民幣了。而且華為不只是要工程師，他們甚至在巴黎設數學與演算法
研究中心。他們可是找理學院的從基礎開始演發。
